The Chapter Committee serves as the LOCAL governing body of the Association, comprising the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Marketing Coordinator, and Road Captain. The Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson represent their Chapter on National Council (NC). The Committee’s mandate is to implement the Association’s objectives locally, manage the Chapter’s affairs and finances (with a bank account requiring two signatories), conduct fundraising, and ensure a local AGM is held before the National AGM. It may be tasked with organising a Wing Fling and handles local disciplinary matters under NC oversight, abiding by the same limitations as the NC.
