An active member with uninterrupted membership of 25 years, automatically becomes an honorary member retaining his/her voting right. The membership fee of such honorary members who wish to exercise their voting rights, is 50% of the annual membership fee. Honorary members are required to attend at least two official runs – excluding the Wing Fling – of any current chapter of the Wing Riders of SA in order to retain his/her voting right. Any person – whether a past active member of the Association or not – whom the Association wishes to honour, may be elected as an honorary member for life. These honorary members have no voting rights and are not liable to pay any membership fees.
