Today, 16 November 2024, we gather with heavy hearts to say farewell to a true friend and brother in our motorcycle family, Wing Riders South Africa. Rassie joined us in January 2016, and from the moment he rolled in, he brought a warmth and loyalty that defined who he was. His passion for motorcycles was undeniable, but it was his love for his friends and his loyalty to each one of us that truly set him apart.
He was always there – whether we needed a hand, a laugh, or someone to lean on. He lived with a rare spirit of friendship and kindness, giving freely of himself to make our days a little brighter and our journeys a little smoother.
As we remember Rassie, let us hold tight to the memories we shared on the open road and in quiet conversations. Let his spirit ride on in each of us, a reminder that loyalty, friendship, and love are the most powerful engines driving us forward.
Our deepest condolences go out to Rassie’s family and friends. His presence, warmth, and loyalty will be profoundly missed by all who knew him. May the love and memories we shared with Rassie bring comfort to his loved ones in this difficult time. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
