Central Chapter went to the Aviators Tavern and Craft Brewing Company on Saturday, 14 April 2018. It is situated along the R512, close to the Hartbeespoort Dam (see www.aviators.co.za).
This was our first Saturday run, as was requested by Central Chapter members, and was well attended by Chapter members and guests – several of whom indicated that they plan to join the Chapter in the near future.
Everyone came from all directions and met up at the final departure point at Zenex Laezonia garage on the corner of the R511 and R114. Riders were caught in a stop-and-go along the route, but it turned into fun, chatting and a photo shoot.
Wing Riders drove over the Hartbeespoort Dam wall and was treated to a view of the 100% full dam.
On arrival at Aviators, everyone enjoyed beer tasters which was followed by a delicious meal.

Two members received their colours today – Anton and Cecile Rademeyer. Welcome, once again, to the Wing Riders family.
Jaap Grobler was the lucky winner of the raffle prize.
